Job Description

• Deploy and Manage Physical and Virtual Servers.
• Install and maintain operations performance and security of applications SQL Databases and services needed on Windows.
• Maintain systems services availability.
• Ensure all servers/services are running well to maintain system efficiency.
• Remote monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications.
• Recommend HA and backup solutions.
• Design implement and enhance Active Directory services replications and HA.
• Design implement and Manage Microsoft Infrastructure services like WSUS WDS and Failover Clustering.
• Monitor networks and systems to ensure security and availability.
• Failover clustering and other highavailability technologies.
• Support LANs WANs network segments software deployment security updates scripts and firewalls.
• Install configure and test all high availability backups and disaster recovery solutions for managed systems hardware and software.
• Install manage and configure backup solutions Veeam backup.
• Apply and implement visualization Technologies on different platforms and applications visualization (VMware HyperV).
• Responsible for hosting services like websites domains SSL and IIS.
• Give recommendations for future upgrades.
• Work with department managers and internal teams to analyze and resolve problems associated with technical issues in the Hosted environment.
• Assist in IT operations and ensure technical support tickets are closed effectively

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3 years in the IT system administration field.
• MCSA MCSE certified.
