In 2022 Instabee was founded after combining Budbee and Instabox two leading lastmile delivery companies with three consumerfacing brands: Budbee Instabox and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European ecommerce enabler. Always with the consumer at heart.

Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. As we continue to expand the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind were now looking for you to help us on the journey ahead.

Some of the Things Youll Do

Sustainability is at core of Instabees business model and we drive it as an integral part of our company vision and strategy. We are now looking for a strong Sustainability Project Lead that can lead our big impact projects as well as setting up policies structures and processes to ensure we lead the way in the industry. We have ambitious targets so your responsibilities will be broad and who knows what cool projects we will take on next.

Examples of responsibilities & tasks:

• Project lead big impact projects (e.g. electrification strategy in our markets and electrification of fleet alternative production methods for lockers to reduce carbon footprint)

• Improve and develop audit processes for suppliers

• Improve and develop policies guidelines and processes within sustainability (including social and governance parts)

• Lead Instabees sustainability community with champions

• Ensuring CSRD alignment (and future upcoming regulations)

• Benchmark analysis

Your Future Team

You will be part of the Global Sustainability team at Instabee but you will also work very closely with our Operations and other parts of the organization since we believe that is the way to achieve impact. You will report to the Sustainability Director and work closely together with our senior Sustainability Controller & Environmental Specialist.

What Were Looking For

• Solid experience in project management (preferably related to sustainability) with a track record of successfully leading and implementing large and/or complex projects.

• Strong interest in sustainability and experience from working with sustainability. either within consulting or in a business environment.

• Experience of driving projects in an agile tech environment with a deep understanding of what makes projects and work streams successful.

• Selfdriven used to drive your own work identifying issues and solving them.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with all levels within an organization and understanding business priorities.

• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English ensuring effective communication. Beneficial with fluency in Swedish.

• University education in a relevant area.

• Analytical skills with the ability to gather interpret and present data effectively.

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies tools and best practices.

• You probably have several years of experience within management / strategy consulting with sustainability focus and additional experience of working in a scaleup / startup environment.
