Account Executive

Tasks

• Project management and followup for folders magazines and Point of Sale (POS) materials
• Encoding corrections and managing email campaigns
• Managing and expanding of our database
• Support internal teams in project delivery ensuring compliance with client expectations
• Manage daily communication with clients and the team responding to inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction
• Quality control of all project outputs
• Stay informed about current trends in advertising and media to share relevant insights with the team and clients
• Assist in analyzing project performance and preparing campaign/digital reports

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in an advertising agency
• Fluent in Dutch with a good command of French
• A handson mentality to push projects to a higher level
• A drive to execute work in the best possible way and the brains to see pitfalls and opportunities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Strong passion for advertising and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus
