Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the work of supermarket staff to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and order products as needed to ensure optimal availability and minimize wastage
- Oversee the receiving and storage of stock, ensuring proper rotation and handling of perishable items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe supermarket environment by implementing and enforcing sanitation and safety policies
- Train and develop supermarket staff, providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure consistent adherence to store policies and procedures
