Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely accounting records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Generate and file ETR invoices for safari departures
  
• Verify costing files for accuracy
  
• Reconcile receivables and ensure timely collection
  
• Align amounts between tour quotes proformas and final invoices
  
• Process payment requisitions cheques and online payments
  
• Post bills payment vouchers and pay suppliers
  
• Handle monthly bank reconciliations
  
• File VAT returns by the 20th of each month
  
• Prepare payroll and handle related queries
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  
• Maintain and analyze the general ledger
  
• Prepare monthly management accounts and audit schedules
  
• Manage petty cash and fixed asset register
  
• Ensure uptodate licensing for the office and vehicles
  
• Perform other duties as assigned
