Consultant - Digital Workplace Architect Intermediate Level

For our client one of the worlds largest manufacturers of components for the automotive industry we are looking for aConsultant Digital Workplace Architect (Intermediate Level)in Germany Frankfurt am Main.

Within the automotive industry it is one of the leading global manufacturers of exterior rearview mirrors wiring harnesses and polymer modules and has a diversified industryleading portfolio of auto ancillary products and services that make it a full system solutions provider for its customers across the globe.

Must have: German language (at least B2)

The Consultant will be responsible for the following services:

• Technical Leadership:

• Lead the development of an architectural strategy and IT development plans for the digital workplace.
• Provide technical leadership in defining developing and implementing the functional and technical architecture for platformbased business and process opportunities considering cloudspecific ICT references.

• Strategic Planning & Methodology:

• Methodologically support the evaluation and presentation of strategic options for the digital workplace.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the roadmap for the Digital Workplace Experience program focusing on architecture process design and service design.
• Jointly develop document and implement the architecture strategy with stakeholders responsible for the digital workplace.

• Consultation & Support:

• Provide technical and methodological advice to the client regarding the digital workplace.
• Guide the client in designing a futureproof secure and efficient digital workplace service offering.
• Support the creation and anchoring of architecture principles benefit analysis and strategic decisionmaking templates.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Gather requirements bring together stakeholders and ensure these requirements are integrated into the technical and business architecture.
• Engage in presentations on technically complex topics and moderate workshops related to technical architecture.

Mandatory:

• Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience as a leading technical consultant or architect in projects involving workplace architectures in environments with more than 50000 users.
• Proven experience with Microsoft technologies particularly MS Azure in workplace environments.
• Extensive knowledge in ITIL processes with experience in managing business transaction processes (e.g. orders billing deliveries).
• Proven experience in developing platform strategies for large enterprises.
• Certification in Intune and experience with at least 2 projects involving platform strategies.

Desirable (Should):

• Proven experience with scaling and orchestration particularly in largescale environments.
• Familiarity with Power Platform and experience in at least 2 projects using this technology.
• Extensive methodological knowledge in business process modeling software development processes like Waterfall Scrum XP and Agile.
• Ability to develop technological visions with a time horizon of up to 5 years and implement them across departments in architectural strategies.
