Our client is an innovative marketplace revolutionizing the recruiting industry by connecting companies with specialized recruiters. Their platform allows companies to work flexibly with top recruiters monitor their performance and scale based on demand all while ensuring recruiters can focus on what they do best without worrying about client acquisition.

We are seeking a passionate FullStack Engineer to help build and iterate on a product that users love. In this role youll play a key part in scaling the platform rapidly with the potential to grow into a Head of Product position as the company aims to increase its monthly GMV from $350k to $3.5M. This role requires you to be based in San Francisco.

• Rapidly build and ship highquality products ensuring a delightful user experience.
• Collaborate closely with the product team and other engineers to execute our product roadmap.
• Take ownership of the endtoend design and implementation of features from development to testing and release.
• Lead development across all recruiter client and candidatefacing aspects of our product.
• Drive both product and growth initiatives through your engineering work.

Requirements

Requirements

• 3 years of fullstack development experience with frontend experience and with a passion for building products from the ground up.
• A productminded approach with a deep care for the customer experience and business outcomes.
• High attention to detail in design and interaction to create seamless and enjoyable user experiences.
• Experience working in earlystage startups or a strong inclination for tinkering and building products independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A collaborative team player with immense drive and passion for your work.
• Bonus: Prior experience in the talent and recruiting space.
