Job Description
Prepare daily journal entries.
Analyze revenues and expenses weekly to ensure proper recording.
Prepare monthly account reconciliations and trial balances.
Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules on a quarterly basis.
Handle invoicing and file records of revenues and expenses.
Review and recommend improvements to the accounting system and procedures.
Prepare and review quarterly and annual budget reports.
Manage and execute bank transactions and transfers.
Review accounting documents for accuracy in information and calculations.
