Front Desk Receptionist

Job DescriptionTo assist the Front Officeteam with all reception related tasks while focusing onpersonalized service to the guests. Playing a key role in VIPprocedures. Making sure all guests are satisfied with their staythrough follow ups and providing the highest level of service whileadhering to all MGallery standards.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:•To be present in the reception or lobby during check-in andcheck-out time or any event and to socialize with guests.•To ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and that theyenjoy their stay being offered the finest personalservice.• To ensure that the privacy of the guests and theconfidentiality of the information is respected.• To gothrough all guest arrivals on a daily basis and make sure that allVIPs are properly flagged with the right category and that theirpreferences are updated.• To prepare an amenities sheetdaily and coordinate with F&B to make sure all amenitiesare sent on time and to the right place
