Job Summary:
As a Sales & Marketing Executive under the Lynxes Group of Companies you will be instrumental in promoting and selling IT courses for Hassaan School of Business and Technology staff augmentation services for Lynxes HCM and digital marketing projects for Lynxes Digital. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills a strong understanding of the respective industries and the ability to cultivate lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales of IT Courses for Hassaan School of Business and Technology:
- Identify and target potential clients interested in IT training programs.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote IT courses.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our courses to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing efforts.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
- Staff Augmentation for Lynxes HCM:
- Identify and approach companies needing staff augmentation services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in target organizations.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored staffing solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of staff augmentation contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of staff augmentation services.
- Digital Marketing Projects for Lynxes Digital:
- Identify and target potential clients for digital marketing services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote digital marketing solutions.
- Present and demonstrate digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing efforts.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
- General Sales Activities:
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track sales activities using CRM software.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Stay updated with industry trends competitor activities and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or similar role in IT training staff augmentation or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of IT courses staff augmentation services and digital marketing solutions.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field is preferred
