Senior Intermediate Architect

Job Description :
The person for this role shall demonstrate the ability as a team leader in charge of overseeing the delivery of projects on time, on budget, and the highest quality.

Responsibilities :
1. Deliver projects efficiently and effectively through inspirational leadership of the architectural team members
2. Help lead the continued development of the architectural in-house expertise and methodologies
3. Provide leadership and direction to the team members to develop in-house expertise and methodologies (design, technical and quality standards, etc.)
4. Work with the other key staff to develop ?win? strategies, including client contact, proposal preparation and preparation of and participation in client interviews
5. Attract and retain architectural staff needed to deliver expertise throughout all phases of project

Qualification :
1. A degree in Architecture is required and with Architecture license preferred
2. Minimum 10 (ten) years of architectural experience
3. Proficiency in Hand sketching, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
