Maintenance Engineer PharmaBiotech

As a consultant you will have to support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by bringing your expertise and your skills.

Tasks

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance plans on production equipment and utilities
• Analyze maintenance interventions and associated expenses in order to set up action plans to make equipment more reliable according to the criticality defined by the site
• Perform Root Cause Analyses of issues
• Continuous improvement in the facility and strategic reflection on the maintenance programs to be implemented in order to increase the rate of availability of equipment and reduce the costs of corrective maintenance
• To set up and follow up performance indicators of the maintenance department with regard to the availability rate of the equipment and their progress following reliability actions
• Participate to revamping projects & new equipment implementation

Requirements

• Degree in chemical maintenance or mechanical engineering Msc or equivalent
• Experience in facilities maintenance utilities spare parts CMMS
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical/biotech industrial environment (cGMP preferred) and production equipment
• Fluent in German and English
