As an Experienced Accountant you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance with financial regulations and providing valuable insights through financial analysis.
This position requires a deep understanding of accounting principles proficiency in financial software (such as Sage) and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial Data Management: Maintain precise and uptodate financial records including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger entries and bank reconciliations
• Transaction Processing: Process financial transactions including invoices expense reports purchase orders and payments ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by gathering relevant financial data identifying trends and working with other departments to create accurate financial projections
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and generate reports that provide valuable insights into the companys financial performance variances and key metrics. Present findings to management for informed decisionmaking
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations and guidelines assisting in the preparation of financial documents for audits and regulatory reporting
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancement within the finance function and contribute to the implementation of best practices
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments including accounting operations and management to collect relevant financial information and support the achievement of overall business objectives

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in financial software such as Sage and advanced Excel skills
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
