Our Client is an authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. They want to find the best talent out there and add a Clients Relationship Manager to their offices in Limassol.
Experience in a customer facing role understanding customer needs plus experience working in financial services are the most important aspects of this challenging role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Customers Requests
• Assist and support existing customers while following the Companys rules and internal policies and procedures
• Establish positive business and customer relationships
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Follow all the Companys guidelines in terms of compliance regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in Forex industry in a similar role
• Fluency in Swedish (both written and oral) to a native or near native level
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM practices
• Highly motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Dynamic and determined personality
