Product Design Manager

On behalf of our client a company specializing in the family entertainment industry we are seeking to recruit a Product Design Manager for their Cyprus headquarters to oversee innovative entertainment products and services for the FEC industry. This role merges creative design with product management to meet market needs improve customer experiences and drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop product strategies aligned with company vision and market.
• Fill product gaps for customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Lead design process for unique customer experiences.
• Supervise designers and contractors.
• Conduct market research for industry trends and customer insights.
• Manage product development process ensuring ontime delivery.
• Collaborate with teams for product success.
• Analyze product performance for improvements.
• Use customer feedback to enhance products.
• Promote innovation for better products.

Qualifications:

• Professional experience in Product Design management team in the entertainment industry.
• Degree in Design Product Management or related.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both personal and teambased highimpact work
• Understanding of product lifecycle.
• Strong leadership communication collaboration skills.
• Innovative mindset passionate about entertainment.
• Strong problemsolving and strategic thinking.
• Detailoriented committed to quality.
