The Company:

The Role (Responsibilities):
- Review draft and implement compliance policies and procedures;
- Preparation of annual and other reports to FSCA and FSC
- Ensure compliance with laws regulations and directives issued by regulatory bodies and rules
- Track regulatory changes and ensuring that needed changes are implemented on time;
- Develop or assist in developing and enforcing adequate policies and procedures to meet the compliance requirements of Regulators;
- Ensure implementation of the Companys procedures;
- Implement the Companys Compliance Monitoring Program and conduct monitoring;
- Ensure that Companys employees attend training sessions in compliance with applicable laws rules and regulations;
- Provide advice and guidance to Companys employees on compliancerelated matters;
- Liaise with regulatory bodies;
- Assist regulatory bodies in performing inspections of the Companys activities;
- Continuous improvement of the existing control procedures;
- Review Companys marketing communication and examine whether it has been prepared by legal requirements and provide recommendations where applicable;
- Advice and assists employees responsible for carrying out investment services and activities to comply with Companys obligations under the Law and relevant directives;
- Recommend in case of detection of any weakness or failure by the firm to comply with its obligations under the Law specific remedial measures;
- Provides an annual written report to the Board of Directors on the matters of his/her responsibility indicating in particular whether the appropriate remedial measures have been taken in the event of any deficiencies;
- Monitor complaintshandling process;
- Draft agreements related to Compliance;
Your Profile (Requirements):
- Bachelor degree in Law Business Administrator or Finance
- 5 years experience as a Head of Compliance Compliance and AML officer Compliance Manager or similar position
- Prior experience in the Financial industry is a must
- Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations
- Relevant CySEC Certificates
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with other teams
- An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Friendly and approachable
- Fluency in English
