Job Description

Our client a real estate firm committed to spearheading innovation in the industry providing exceptional services and generating valuable opportunities for both our clients and employees. They take pride in dedication to excellence integrity and nurturing a collaborative work environment. We are currently hiring a Real Estate Administrator Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO in all real estaterelated matters.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support the CEOs decisionmaking process.
  • Prepare detailed reports presentations and documentation for real estate projects.
  • Liaise with brokers agents legal teams and other stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain and organize real estate files contracts and records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings site visits and travel arrangements related to real estate activities.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business Administration or a related field. (Can be discussed)
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in real estate with a focus on administrative support or coordination roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attributes: High level of integrity discretion and professionalism. Strong problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluent in English language and Greek is highly preffered whilst Russian language will be considered a benefit
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (as travel to properties may be required).
