Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Working directly with customers in our agencies to gather and document business requirements needed to comply with established policy and procedures within the organization.
- Gathering preparing and submitting information and documentation to the various security legal and administrative approvers required in the process.
- Meeting with a diverse group of stakeholders to include legal business and security teams to help ensure timely processing and approval of business requests.
- Reviewing interpreting and providing input on contract agreements and other businessrelated contractual documents.
- Collaborating with vendors ensuring clear communication of requirements and cloud use documentation where required.
- Researching whether there is already a current solution in use in that would meet the documented business needs.
- Providing general guidance to our customers on the business approval process and its underlying policies and processes.
- Overall tracking and managing of the backlog of requests.
- Facilitating any requests for additional information that may arise during the approval process.
- Serving as an overall point of contact and subject matter expert for both agency and delivery center staff.
