Sailpoint Developer

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with a focus on SailPoint tooling. This role is crucial in onboarding applications and ensuring seamless integration with various systems and applications. You will work closely with our Agile team to enhance our identity management processes and drive innovation in our development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Onboarding: Lead the onboarding of applications to the SailPoint platform ensuring seamless integration and efficient identity management.
  

• Scripting & Programming: Utilize your expertise in Java Beanshell and JavaScript to develop custom solutions and enhancements within the SailPoint environment.
  

• Integration Management: Work with a variety of systems including LDAP web services (Rest/SOAP) SCIM SAAS applications (e.g. OKTA) Workday and SAP Suite to ensure smooth and secure integration with SailPoint.
  

• Agile Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in an Agile environment to deliver highquality identity solutions and meet project deadlines.
  

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance test and development processes through the use of innovative technologies and best practices.
  

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations custom scripts and integration procedures to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing within the team.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 45 years of professional experience with IGA/SailPoint tooling.
  

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Java Beanshell and JavaScript.
  

• Integration Expertise: Demonstrated experience integrating SailPoint with various systems such as LDAP web services (Rest/SOAP) SCIM and databases as well as SAAS applications like OKTA Workday and SAP Suite.
  

• Agile Experience: Experience working in an Agile development environment with a focus on collaborative teamwork and continuous improvement.
  

• ProblemSolving: Ability to identify and implement improvements in development and testing processes using the latest technologies.
