IT Undergraduate Intern

The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking a highly talented and energetic selfmotivated student with the ability to resolve events incidents and support issues who is a team player and has the ability to escalate issues to other specialized teams and partners IT Undergraduate Intern.

The Position:

The IT Undergraduate intern will provide support to the IT Regional Officer.

Key responsibilities:

• Technical support to users and computers.
  
• Technical support for conferences and meetings.
  
• Africa and Asia Equipment and Services Inventory Update.
  
• Enlisting staff in AD SelfService system.
  
• Any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor.
  
  

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in bachelor s degree in information technology Business Information Technology Information systems Computer science or equivalent in a recognized University in Kenya.
  
• Knowledge in Windows and Office 365 operating system support.
  
• Knowledge of ITIL framework.
  
• Support with Windows users and network infrastructure Office 365 Services web conferencing
  
• Good command of English language and communication skills;
  
• Good report writing skills;
  
• Should have a flexible study schedule.
