Join our team of happy House Cleaners
We are always seeking friendly cleaning superstars to add to our team of Independent Contractors! Our job is to find great house cleaners who can accept jobs in and around Asburn Loudoun County VA. We then match you with clients who need your qualified cleaning services.
$25$60 per Hour Experienced House Cleaners Wanted in Fairfax and Loudoun County VA.

If you already have your own clients thats fine. We help you get more clients. Earn more money by working with Upkeep Cleaning Services we send you all the work you can handle.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Must Have: 2 years paid house cleaning experience 3 professional and 3 personal references
Speak English (conversational okay)
Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies
Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance
You tell us your availability what areas you want to work in and what types of cleanings you will accept. We send you the cleaning job offers regularly based on what you ask for.
Benefits
Full time or parttime okay. We take care of advertising phone estimates customer service scheduling and billing for the clients. You take care of only the cleaning and get 50% 60% of each job which equals $25$60 per cleaning hour.
Youre able to keep your already established clientele. Were just here to help you gain more business.
Start Date: ASAP interview and background screening takes a few days.
UPKEEP Residential Cleaning is not the employer of its registered cleaner; you would be accepting jobs as an independent house cleaner.
Our team will contact you within a few business days.
This opportunity is not suitable for you if you re seeking a fulltime job immediately. Once a house cleaner works with our company we will begin to send them jobs as much as possible. However we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you work with our company you will begin to build an ongoing client base.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 $30.00 per hour

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On Call (based on your schedule)
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Cleaning: 2 years (Required)
Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is required Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is required Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail Good time management skills Note: This position does not involve carpet cleaning or housekeeping management. It is primarily focused on general house cleaning duties. Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping may be beneficial
