Position: Parttime Salesforce Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Understand clients business processes and requirements to provide customized Salesforce solutions

Monitor helpdesk and assist client concerns

Collaborate with clients to identify pain points and provide recommendations for improvement

Configure and customize Salesforce platform to meet clients specific needs

Develop and implement Salesforce best practices and procedures

Train clients endusers on Salesforce functionalities and features

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for clients Salesforce solutions

Keep uptodate with Salesforce updates and new features to provide clients with the latest solutions

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects

Communicate project progress and updates to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role

Indepth knowledge of Salesforce platform and its various modules

Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into Salesforce solutions

Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce using declarative tools and Apex coding

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Consultant) is a plus

Flexible schedule and ability to work parttime (2030 hours per week)
