About the Role: Join us in a pivotal role where youll be leading an ECommerce project managing complex products that deliver significant value to stakeholders. Your expertise in product management best practices user research and design thinking will drive solutions that meet real user needs. Youll collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including developers UX designers marketing and sales professionals.

• Exceptional communication skills capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for nontechnical audiences.
• Proficient in stakeholder management effectively balancing varying interests and needs.
• Experience in conducting user research and applying design thinking principles to product development.
• Skilled in using prioritization tools and techniques managing dependencies and deriving actionable insights from data.
• Deep understanding of relevant technologies in product management.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and processes.
• Extensive experience in the retail Ecommerce industry.
• Strong focus on user experience from endtoend user journey mapping to addressing user needs.
• Background in idea discovery user research and design thinking.
• Experience working in crossfunctional teams collaborating closely with developers UX designers and other key stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Google Analytics to make datadriven decisions with a track record of measuring impact and working with OKRs.
• Fluency in English is required.
