Regional Driver - Dollar Tree

Confident Staff Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced driver to join one of our Carriers and serve as a dedicated driver for Account Dollar Tree. This is a fulltime permanent position with competitive pay and benefits.

As a dedicated driver you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting products from distribution centers to Dollar Tree stores across the country. This role requires a high level of attention to detail as well as excellent customer service skills and a commitment to ontime delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a commercial vehicle adhering to all traffic laws and company policies

Conduct pretrip and posttrip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues or concerns

Communicate with dispatch and store managers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any delivery issues

Maintain accurate records of deliveries including mileage fuel usage and delivery times

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications:

Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record

Minimum of 2 years experience as a commercial driver

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Familiarity with DOT regulations and hours of service requirements

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
