Accounts Payable amp Receivable Controller

We are now looking for our next Accounts Payable & Receivable Controller! In the role you will have the main responsibility for accounts payables accounts receivables payments reconciliations and travel expenses for Sambla Group with a focus on the nordic markets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Financial Controllers on general accounting payroll and administrative tasks
• Responsible for compiling data related to customer invoicing
• Managing payroll and administration for the Sales department
• Be the owner of and manage the travel expense system and its associated administration
• Participate in financial projects and contribute to process improvements within the finance function
  

Requirements

• Relevant degree in finance or a related field with a strong drive to learn and develop
• Proficient in Swedish and English both spoken and written
• Experienced Excel user

A bit of extra credit if you also have:

• Experience in a similar position with responsibilities in accounts receivable payments payroll and general accounting
• Experience working in a Nordic setting
• Experience working in ERP System NetSuite and/or expense system Skovik
