Are you an Arabicspeaking university graduate looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Autism and developmental delays


Join the pioneering team at ABC Center in Kuwait the first ABA Center in the country with over a decade of experience in delivering expert Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Our team is incredibly diverse boasting representation from over 23 nationalities and we proudly hold the secondhighest number of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the MENA region.


At ABC we will provide you with the necessary training to excel in your position as an ABA therapist. Also our focus on professional development is evident with an impressive 15% of our team benefiting from scholarships to pursue BCBA and BCaBA certifications. Notably all of our directors at ABC began their careers as ABA instructors a testament to our dedication to nurturing talent.

Responsibilities:


  • Apply the principles of oneonone ABA therapy to help children reach their full potential.
  • Assist children in developing and improving social skills communication and academic skills.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on the childs progress during sessions.
  • Participate in team meetings and case reviews to discuss childrens progress.
  • Develop individualized plans based on assessment findings and in consultation with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide guidance and training.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.

Job Requirements:


  • A Bachelors Degree. Preference is given to degrees in Psychology Behavioral Science and Humanities degrees. All candidates will receive ABA training if accepted.
  • Fluency in Arabic (reading and writing) and English is a plus.
  • A fulltime position with the flexibility to work according to ABCs needs.
  • Ability to work and collaborate effectively within a cohesive team.
  • Strong Communication skills to support your relationship with BCBAs Directors coworkers and families.
  • Positive academic and employment references.
  • Patience with the desire to work with children or young adults.

The position is entrylevel and welcomes applicants without prior experience.
