Tasks

As a Data Science / Analytics Engineer you will play a crucial role in empowering HR managers with our advanced people analytics platform.

Heres what youll get to do:

Data Analysis and Insights Harness the power of Python and LLMs to uncover hidden gems in data. Help investigate and implement cuttingedge machine learning and statistical models to enhance our analytics offering.

Design and Build Support the architecture and infrastructure of a cohesive data model that is central to our platform.

Product Development Design and develop new analytics use cases and leverage the data pipeline to deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

• Education: Master Bachelor or equivalent experience in Computer Science Business Informatics Data Science Mathematics Engineering or another relevant technical field.

• Experience: 13 years of working experience.

• Skills:

• Must have:

• Data Analytics and Visualization Skills

• Extenisve experience with Python

• Solid SQL knowledge

• First experience with machine learning

• Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies.

• Experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau PowerBI or Qlik).

• Experience in applied statistics data analysis and data preparation.

• Personal Attributes:

• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform data engineering/science decisions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex data solutions across teams and clients.

• A motivated selfstarter with a strong enthusiasm to learn.
