Job Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Customer Communication Specialist to join our team fulltime. This role will be responsible for managing all digital communication with our customers including email social media and website interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all digital communication channels including email social media and website interactions

Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries and concerns

Utilize digital marketing strategies to engage with potential and existing customers

Monitor online reviews and respond accordingly to maintain a positive brand image

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns

Track and analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement

Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in digital customer communication

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field

2 years of experience in digital marketing or customer communication

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment

Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
