Position Purpose
You will execute communications strategies campaigns and tactics to enhance Company reputation amongst relevant stakeholders (employees potential employees and internal clients) drive initiatives to increase awareness engagement and employee satisfaction and support in the maintenance of the intranet for the company
Responsibilities
- The main task of this role is to share company information with employees through a combination of methods and mediums. By company information we mean information regarding the global capability center as well as relaying key information regarding the company. The main mediums to use are:
- The company Intranet portals (Echonet and SharePoint) to display news and information contents to all employees.
- Support local entity wide or Territory townhalls
- Create content to motivate employees and build pride of the organization within them.
- Local events to federate and motivate people such as photos/videos contests charity or sport events.
- Use digital mediums to display information at strategic places to catch employees attention.
- The candidate should create communications by conducting detailed interviews researching topics writing and editing articles designing copy layout shooting photos or video and producing posters.
- Work with executive and senior leaders to develop and execute communication actions to ensure colleagues are informed and engaged in the business direction and aligned with company values.
- Collaborate with HR on various employee platforms
- Facilitate or manage corporate events internal or client visits related.
- Support in Employee Volunteering programme
Education:
- Corporate Communications/International studies/Journalism
- Required level of education: Masters level degree or diploma
Candidate Profile:
- 1012 years of communications experience within an organisation of similar size and complexity
- Knowledge of the financial sector would be an advantage
- A proven track record in developing and delivering employee communications campaigns including measuring and analyzing their impact
- Put communication strategy into practice youll need excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Experience of delivering through others ideally in a matrix and/ or international environment
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people across a wide range of functions and at all levels of the organization
