Ability to reimagine / reengineer corporate Banking business processes across products and services to decipher Value Stream metrics

Implementation of Banking products used for Core Banking Branch Operations Trade Finance Lending Customer & Account Onboarding Treasury

Expertise in atleast 23 of below corporate banking subdomain areas: Deposits Lending & Lease Financing Trade Finance Securitization & Loan Trading Institutional Payments and Cash Management

Handson in business process modelling / value stream maps with the help of BPMN UML Value Stream Maps SIPOC techniques

Manage relationships and coordinate work between different cross functional teams and locations throughout the value stream

Conduct regular value stream mapping exercises to regularly identify strengths & weaknesses (bottlenecks service quality capacity workflow layouts etc.) using lean principles

Measure and monitor flow metrics for value stream performance/health and to identify opportunities for improvement

Prepare and analyze current state processes data and outputs/outcomes as well as future state workings without compromising regulatory requirements

Negotiate action plan and manage all value stream implementation activities

Execute and oversee value stream management best practices

Communicate all key project plans commitments and changes including requirements QA plans schedule and scope changes

Manage value stream backlog release windows and cycles using Agile best practices and frameworks like SAFe LeSS etc.

Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope schedule and quality

Coordinate release content based on target objectives and development needs to accelerate feature delivery while addressing technical debt

Conduct Release Readiness reviews Milestone Reviews and Business Go No Go reviews
