Our client a statutory body that classifies media content to ensure ageappropriate viewership protect children empower consumers and support industry growth is seeking a Human Capital Manager for a 6month contract to develop and execute HR strategies that align with their business goals.As a Human Capital Manager you will play a key role in managing recruitment addressing employee relations and driving performance through effective HR systems and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Requirements
- Post Graduate qualification in Industrial Psychology Behavioural Science or Human Resources (NQF 7 or higher)
- Five years experience as a Manager in Human Capital. Knowledge of HR Best Practices Payroll (Sage People )
- People Management Labour Relations Change Management and Talent Management. Financial Acumen and PFMA compliance as well as a deep understanding of all l related legislation. Proven leadership and Human Capital reporting skills.
