Our client a leading textile corporation is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

Lead the research and development of textile and apparel products.

Develop and execute strategies for creating and launching new materials.

Plan and oversee research projects from inception to completion.

Analyze market trends to identify new product opportunities.

Collaborate with global teams on international research initiatives.

Produce research reports and publications to share findings.

Provide technical support to clients and partners.

Manage research laboratories and guide research staff.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Textile Engineering or a related field (PhD preferred).
  
• Extensive experience in the textile industry spanning over 20 years.
  
• Proven track record in laboratory or textile manufacturing environments for at least 10 years.
  
• Indepth knowledge of textile and material science principles.
  
• Demonstrated success in managing research and development projects.
  
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and experimental design.
  
• Proven leadership and teamwork abilities.
  
• Exceptional problemsolving and innovation skills.
  
• Experience leading and participating in global research initiatives.
  
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001:2015.
  
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
  
• Fluency in English.
