Red Ember Recruitment is looking for a HR Officer for one of our clients in Cape Town that will be responsible for the undertaking and completion of the daytoday transactional HR administrative tasks and functions. Assist and support the National HR Manager to undertake and achieve strategic HR plans activities and goals. Support the Divisional HR Manager to ensure that the Division is compliant with the various statutory laws and requirements.
Complete the Recruitment and Selection processes. Facilitate the Performance Appraisal process.
Undertake and complete the Training and Development processes. Undertake and complete the IR & ER processes.
Act as a Liaison between the branch / factory and the Union & Bargaining Council. Steer and control Payroll Administration.
Undertake and complete Employee Benefits and Payroll Administration.
Participate in the EE Committee and complete and assist with EE requirements / matters. Assist with the BBBEE audit as and when required.
Support and assist the Divisional HR Manager and General Site Manager with any other reasonable tasks relevant to the specific environment.
Requirements
Diploma / NQF level 6 in Human Resource Management Essential
Bachelors Degree (3 years) / NQF level 7 in Human Resource Management Preferred
