Sales Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sales Trainer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary science or a related field and a proven ability to train and develop sales teams. This role will involve creating and delivering comprehensive sales training programs coaching sales representatives on product knowledge and driving sales performance within the pet food industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales training programs including product knowledge training sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure that the sales team is equipped with the latest product information and sales strategies.
• Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve their individual performance and achieve sales targets.
• Assess the training needs of the sales team and develop customized training plans accordingly.
• Develop and maintain product training materials including presentations manuals and job aids.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to stay uptodate on new product launches and industry trends.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Veterinary Medicine Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in training and developing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of veterinary science and pet nutrition.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
