Quality Control Inspector

QA/QC Inspector will assist the Facility Manager with operation of the ISO system.

Job Duties:

• Main focused on receiving inspection inprocess product inspection.
• Final inspection/testing NCR investigations.
• Complete quality checks on Industrial control panels.
• Analyze quality problems and advise manufacturing personnel.
• Provide support and guidance on all calibrated equipment capability studies process control plans as necessary.
• Conduct quality documentation and acquire supporting certifications.
• Approve inprocess production by confirming required specifications conduct visual testing measurement test and communicate appropriately acquired data and adjustments to production supervisor.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities reading technical publication attending seminars watching industry video and other educational avenues presented to continue to expand knowledge of developing technology.

Requirements:

• 3 years of Quality Control
• UL 508A MTR Experience
• Technical Degree (preferred)
• Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in fastpaced environment.
• Fundamental understanding of manufacturing operation.
• Basic Math Skills
• Basic Computer Skills WORD EXCEL MICRO SOFT
• Valid Drivers License
