We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) focused on Azure Infrastructure and helping customers get AI Ready to join the Customer Success Team. As part of this role you will be responsible for technical customer engagements working with the most challenging and exciting projects within Microsofts Azure Infra customer base for AI Ready transformation including Compute and Data Platform Storage Networking Security and Management. This customerfacing position is a handson technical role spanning across design build and operations with a focus on issue resolution to remove customer technical obstacles and adoption challenges. You will work with select customers to lead deep technical architecture discussions with senior customer executives Enterprise Architects platform engineers and Developers. You will collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams to develop pilots and oversee implementation projects ensuring technical blockers are removed on adoption. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Responsibilities

• Customer Centricity
  • Customer Satisfaction: Develop deep relationships with key customer IT decision makers who drive longterm cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates. Be the Voice of the Customer; Share insights and best practices and connect with Engineering teams to remove blockers.
  • Customer/Partner Insights: Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups to enable continuous improvement.

  • Delivery Excellence: Own committed pipeline and ensure delivery in alignment with customer expectations.
  • Consumption (Cloud & Support) growth: Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsofts Azure Infrastructure services required to operate AI solutions at scale inclusive of value proposition and how they get value from their investment in the Microsoft technology.
  • Architecture Design and Deployment: Run Architectural Design Sessions to build plan for implementing solution governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment. Use CAF Landing Zones to rapidly enable migrations help build customer resiliency in priority areas including Networking Zonal/multiregion and Security and prepare our customers for AI Innovation.
  • Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking golive of customer success projects by leveraging Azure Infrastructure technical subject matter expertise. Lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments. Deliver all work according to MS best practices & policies and using repeatable IP.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Business or related field AND 4 years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies information technology (IT) consulting/support systems administration network operations software development/support technology solutions practice development architecture and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Business or related field AND 8 years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies information technology (IT) consulting/support systems administration network operations software development/support technology solutions practice development architecture and/or consulting
  • OR Masters Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Business or related field AND 6 years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies technology solutions practice development architecture and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience
• 4 years experience working in a customerfacing role (e.g. internal and/or external).
• 4 years experience working on technical projects
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g. Azure Amazon Web Services Google security certifications).
