Our company has been working closely with an architectural firm developing innovative designs for the building sector. We have a number of projects scheduled to commence in the coming months and we are eager to welcome a talented and motivated engineer to support our continuing growth.

Role Overview:

The Junior Civil/Structural Engineer position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or even an undergraduate who iseager to make an impact in the industry and doesnt mind getting their hands dirty. You will be an integral part of our team working alongside our licensed builder and our Registered Engineer (RPEQ) supporting the successful introduction of our innovative designs into the industry. This role will be responsible for providingadditional technical support to review designs conduct engineering structural analyses and to support project delivery in terms of quality and compliance. There will be opportunities to also strap on the tool belt and help the crews on site.This role provides a perfect platform for career development within a collaborative and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis and design of civil and structural engineering projects.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to develop structural models and drawings.
• Support the preparation of technical reports and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and ensure construction compliance.
• Utilise engineering software tools to perform calculations and create simulations.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problemsolving discussions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or related field.
• Ideally the candidate is based in Northern NSW (Ballina) and is happy to travel regularly. However we are able to consider a Brisbane based role as well for the right candidate.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Experience in engineering software such as AutoCAD Revit or similar.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality engineering outcomes.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a fastpaced environment.
