Tasks

• Product Strategy: Work with the leadership team to define and execute the product vision and strategy for our medical apps ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
• Roadmap Development: Create and manage the product roadmap prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback market demand and business objectives.
• Productled Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive product growth increase user acquisition and expand market reach.
• Feature Development: Prioritize plan and oversee the implementation of new features and enhancements. Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to bring these features to life.
• Adherence and Retention: Design and execute initiatives to improve user adherence and enhance retention rates while closely collaborating with the data and medical teams.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering design data medical regulatory and sales teams to deliver highquality products on time and within budget.
• Continuous Product Discovery: Engage in ongoing product discovery activities to uncover user needs validate product concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Metrics and KPIs: Define track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and user behavior data to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that products comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
• Mentorship: Mentor more junior product managers and contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager preferably in the healthcare medical or fitness app industry.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development processes and technologies.
• Proven track record of ROI and OKRdriven product development.
• Ability to analyze complex data derive insights and make datainformed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive successful product launches.
• Deep empathy for users and a passion for creating products that improve their health and wellbeing.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in German and French is a plus.
