Job Description

Job Title: Client Support Representative
Location: New York City NY
Employment Type: FullTime

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and clientfocused Client Support Representative to join our team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our clients providing them with the support and information they need throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong problemsolving ability and a passion for ensuring client satisfaction in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main contact for clients addressing their questions concerns and requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide timely and accurate information about project status timelines and any changes that may arise.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including project managers and construction crews to ensure client needs are met.
  • Maintain detailed and uptodate records of client interactions project updates and any issues in our CRM system.
  • Assist clients in understanding the construction process helping them navigate any challenges or uncertainties.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as necessary.
  • Gather and document client feedback to help improve service and project delivery.
  • Follow up with clients postproject to ensure their satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Communications or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a client support or customer service role ideally within the construction or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customeroriented attitude with a commitment to delivering highquality service.
