Construction Manager Flat Roofing & Facades
Manchester England
50000 per annum
Specialist Subcontractor in Flat Roofing & Facades
Our Client a leading specialist subcontractor in the flat roofing and facades industry known for delivering highquality projects across the North West. With a reputation for excellence they take pride in an innovative approach and commitment to meeting client expectations.
They are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to join a dynamic team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing flat roofing and facade projects with a proven track record of delivering projects on time within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple flat roofing and facade projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with project teams subcontractors suppliers and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Monitor project progress budgets and schedules making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
Provide leadership and guidance to site teams ensuring productivity and quality of work.
Resolve any onsite issues or challenges that may arise ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
Maintain strong communication with clients providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management specifically within the flat roofing and facades sector.
- Black CSCS Card
- Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and safety standards.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate site teams.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred.
