Operations Coordinator

This is a remote position.

This position works closely with the entire INSIDE Public Accounting and Rosenberg team with the financial benchmarking surveys and thought leadership for the accounting profession and is an integral part of the team. The main goals of this position are to provide support to the entire team and execute various tasks including survey operations and database management.

Essential Duties:

Maintain orders / submissions for two practice management surveys

Maintain database of accounting firms and track contact information

Assist with creation editing and review of reports. Looking for formatting issues outliers of data inconsistencies in reporting.

Manage and maintain database SQL and online platforms

Review survey submissions for outlier data and accuracy

Develop update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures

Assist with billing annual renewals and oneoff projects

Post blogs into WordPress website coordinate website updates and create biweekly Constant Contact emails

Maintain contracts for advertisers and vendors

Coordination with advertisers ensuring timely receipt of information prior to event

Requirements

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be highly organized and exceedingly detail oriented

Must be able to manage time effectively

Must be a resourceful selfstarter with ability to multitask

Ability to function with a high level of proactiveness with little or no guidance

Strong analytical planning and problemsolving capabilities

Working knowledge of Excel Word Outlook

Ability to write business correspondence; respond to questions from team members clients customers and the general public; and effectively present information and data.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in nonstandardized situations.

Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.

QuickBooks basic accounting and billing knowledge preferred
