Bilingual Administrative Assistant Remote
We are seeking two dedicated and detailoriented Bilingual Administrative Assistants to support Disability Case Managers and Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellors. In these roles you will liaise with plan members schools colleges and other stakeholders primarily supporting the Calculation Analyst Team. Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of disability plans and providing essential support services to our members.

Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Remote schedule from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide frontline customer service via telephone and email addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Administrative Support: Take ownership of various administrative duties including following up with claimants for any outstanding information and ensuring all documentation is accurate and uptodate.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact between plan members educational institutions and other relevant stakeholders ensuring clear and effective communication.
Project Support: Assist with projects related to plan member support including contacting plan members to provide necessary updates and information.
Additional Tasks: Perform any other duties as required to support the team and ensure project success.
What you will need to succeed:
Postsecondary education is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word Excel and webbased applications.
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a demanding environment.
Strong organizational skills and a solid foundation in office administration.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
High proficiency in problemsolving and decisionmaking with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of medical or insurance terminology and concepts (nice to have).
Familiarity with Canadian Armed Forces terminology processes and concepts (nice to have).
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
