Job Description

Position Summary:
The Workday HRIS Lead Analyst Integrations is responsible for providing advanced technical skillset to govern data migration into or out of Catalent s Global HR Information System (Workday). This position will work with the HRIS Sr. Manager Integrations to support all integrations across the Workday HCM Payroll Benefits Compensation and Recruiting Modules.
This position will act as a Technical Partner to Corporate IT Global Payroll HR Centers of Excellence (Benefits Compensation and Talent Acquisition) to gather systems requirements and configure integrations as needed. Leverage knowledge of system functionality along with other functional and technical skills to provide ongoing maintenance and enhancement support for users and production operations.

This role requires deep technical expertise problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Responsibilities:
Support the development detailed analysis and maintenance of Workday Integrations with thirdparty and downstream systems ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Support Acquisition/Divestiture Initiatives on data migrations from/to Workday and subsequent integration impacts.
Work directly with key business and HR/IT/thirdparty stakeholders to establish requirements consider design alternatives facilitate discussions and ultimately configure test and deploy integrations solutions.
Provide guidance and recommend best practices to end users requests.
Investigate troubleshoot and provide resolutions for Workday Integrations related issues.
Assist HR Technology team in configuring and testing integrations that overlap with functional design or business process operations.
Evaluate communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of integration configuration decisions.


Requirements

Bachelor s Degree preferably in Computer Science/Software Engineering /Management Information Systems/Computer Information Systems
3 years of handson experience in Designing Building Testing Deploying and Troubleshooting Integrations in Workday HCM Benefits Payroll and Recruiting modules.
3 years of experience in developing Workday Custom Reports EIB Core Connectors Document Transformation XSLT and Workday Studio.
Workday Integrations and Workday Studio Certifications are strongly preferred.
Experience working with SAP <> Workday implementations is a plus.
Strong critical thinking skills to understand complex technical process issues and facilitate/influence decision making.
Ability to effectively manage multiple client requests and operate in a dynamic growing ecosystem with minimal supervision.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Indepth knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
Superior clientfocus and commitment to customer service.
Excellent organizational teamwork collaboration and communication skills and attributes


At least 3 years experience/ knowledge with automated systems, including programming and improving complex systems Familiarity with at least one computer coding language (such as Python, Java, C#, HTML), understanding in version control systems (like GitHub or GitLab) is a plus Able to independently contribute through development and optimization of automation technologies preferred. Able to oversee implementation of automation technologies with third parties through technical skills and project management principles Must be able to work productively in an interdisciplinary team environment Experience with Hamilton, Scinomix, Tecan or similar automated laboratory platforms preferred Good oral and written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to influence and educate other scientists and engineers to use automation technologies as part of implementation Proficiency using PC and Microsoft Office tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail GMP and Good Documentation Practice Intermediate skills with WORD (authoring/editing large technical documents with styles, tables, TOCs, track changes) Basic skills with EXCEL and PowerPoint Experience with and tolerance for high levels of challenge and change Experience with project management including capturing project requirements and deliverables, timeline development, stakeholder management and communications
