Job Description

Our client is a leading eMobility company with a groundbreaking EVCharging solution. They specialize in wireless charging systems that allow electric vehicles to charge while driving. This innovative system integrates mechanics software electronics and highvoltage electricity. Currently our client is looking for an experienced Admin & Logistics Assistant to join their office in Cologne.

As a Admin & Logistics Assistant you will independently perform the full range of outbound/inbound delivery and accountment support in accordance with the established policies and procedures of our client. You will work closely with other internal departments and external vendors to ensure that the company s finished products meet our clients customers expectations of superior quality and on time delivery.

Your daily tasks include:
  • Supporting Purchasing and logistics for the department
  • Quotations and invoices control
  • Review pricing vendor terms and manage packaging components using MRP and customer forecasts
  • Managing tracking and order information according to project name/costs/date
  • Familiar with HW related components PCB s / SMT items an advantage
  • Deliveries outbound/inbound delivery support scope consists of: department shipment Documentations followup record organization
  • Support warehouse logistics as needed


Requirements

  • Experience with Accounting Tasks: Maintain the general ledger by processing invoices and receipts
  • Knowledge and experience with MRP system a must
  • Bachelor/practical degree Industrial Engineering Business Administration Logistics / Procurement.
  • Experience with Order Management in Purchasing Department "Back office / Follow up
  • Full control of Office software and EXCEL a must
  • English at a high level (speech reading and writing)
  • Service agility working under high pressure and to work under tight schedules requirements.
