Job Description

Overview: A leading provider of payment solutions is looking for motivated and resultsdriven Field Sales Executives to join their team. This role involves visiting businesses to present payment solutions conducting cold calls and driving the adoption of products.

Training Requirement: The position requires a 2week training period at the Grimsby office. Travel and accommodation will be provided if the commute is over 30 miles or takes 1.5 hours. Please apply only if you can commit to this training requirement.

Benefits:

  • Excellent basic salary of 30000 with uncapped commission (OTE 70000).

  • 40hour week Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets with the potential to earn a sixfigure income.
  • Identify and target businesses in your territory through cold calling.
  • Conduct inperson visits to present payment solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners decisionmakers and key stakeholders.
  • Understand the needs and challenges of each prospect and tailor presentations accordingly.
  • Communicate the benefits and features of payment solutions addressing any questions or objections.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and product portfolio to guide clients effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a field sales or B2B sales role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Knowledge of payment solutions or financial products is an advantage.
