Position Overview:

The Data Entry and Analysis Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing data related to pricing routes and competitor comparisons. This role requires a high level of expertise in MS Excel including the ability to create custom coding and perform advanced data manipulation. The specialist will collaborate with team members to build comprehensive domestic and international rate structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Perform data entry and analysis using MS Excel ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Custom Excel Coding: Develop and implement custom coding in MS Excel to optimize data processing.
• Data Integration: Export and import data using the internal software system (SantaCruz) and other tools such as MS SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Collaborative Analysis: Work closely with team members to analyze pricing and create competitive pricing structures.
• Research & Comparison: Conduct research to compare competitor pricing and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• MS Excel Expertise: Must be highly proficient in MS Excel with the ability to create custom coding and handle complex data tasks.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to accurately interpret and manipulate data.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office products particularly MS SharePoint/OneDrive and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English language skills for clear communication and collaboration.
