Join Axpos Group IT as an Atlassian Engineer in the Collaboration & Workplace team. You will play a key role in optimizing our project management and collaboration tools with a strong focus on Atlassian products. Your work will ensure the successful migration integration and continuous improvement of these tools meeting the evolving needs of our business especially within the nuclear division.

What you will do:

• Act as the primary contact for collaboration and workplace technology discussions related to strategic IT projects involving Atlassian products with a focus on Confluence.
• Oversee and manage Atlassian tools throughout strategic IT projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Implement and manage migrations and integrations of Atlassian tools working closely with the Confluence product manager.
• Adapt and deploy groupwide IT standards to meet specific project needs in collaboration with the Confluence product manager.
• Coordinate with project teams to enhance operational efficiency through effective use of Atlassian tools.
• Provide expert guidance on Atlassian product migrations optimizing processes with insights from the Confluence product manager.

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
• 3 years of experience with Atlassian products particularly Confluence.
• Strong background in IT migrations and integrating IT solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Proactive solutionoriented and able to work effectively in dynamic environments.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German; relevant Atlassian certifications are a plus.
