Responsibilities

• Use ArchiCAD, AutoCAD and or Revit to prepare and complete architectural drawings within designated time frames
  
  
• Ensure all drawings are completed accurately to reflect customer requirements and in accordance with building standards
  
  
• Ensure that all relationships with internal departments, external customers, suppliers, and contractors are maintained and improved
  
  
• Apply client variations to working drawings
  
  
• Exposure to residential volume, medium density, and or custom build projects
  
  

What you will bring to the role

• Must have ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and or Revit Residential Drafting experience
  
  
• Strong understanding of the updated NCC regulations
  
  
• Ability to communicate professionally
  
  
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities
  
  
• Ability to manage own workflow
  
  
• Experience working for a Victorian residential builder
