Facilities and Transport Manager

Ensure efficient sustainable operations of physical spaces and associated facilities to support the main organization s objectives and the wellbeing of staff.

You wiil also be required to effectively manage supervise control and maintain the means of transport in the organization.

• Provide a safe and secure working environment for staff and vendors.

• Keep propertyled operations running as smoothly as possible.
• Ensure buildings operate within a set budget.
• Assist in hiring the right contractors to carry out hard and soft facilities management services

Transport Management

• Develop and implement a proactive planned and structured approach to the maintenance of vehicles.
• Keep within the designated budget
• Ensure all vehicles used are fit for purpose and the customer experience is of a high standard.
• Ensure compliance of vehicles with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Execut efficient monthly Fuel allocation
• Monitor transportation cost.
• Assist in vehicle procurement and disposal
