Our client is looking for a Hardware Technician to join their team!

Job Description:

This is an entry level position where they will be responsible for imaging computers making changes in Active directory shipping and receiving and updating documentation. The day to day will be working tickets to set new computers imaged Q&A newly imaged computers and replacing broken equipment. This will be an inoffice/onsite position with no OnCall or after hours. The current Schedule will be 7am to 4pm.

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable about Hardware
• Good customer service skills
• Able to create and maintain asset tracking or inventory management systems.
• Be able to package and ship equipment using UPS.
• Knowledge of Windows 10
• Flexible
• Selfmotivate.
• Able to Lift 30 pounds.
• Crawling being under the desks (80% of the role) needs to be able on hands/ knees on for periods at a time carry 25lbs multiple times a day and up to 10K steps a day.

• Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting language.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM and imaging
• A certification
